2. What materials can you print on with DTF?

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
We process and ship most orders within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 10 AM CST usually ship the same day.
Delivery times vary by location, but standard shipping in the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
For faster service, you can choose expedited shipping at checkout.
4. Can I upload and print my own custom designs?
Absolutely! You can upload your own artwork directly through our website. We accept most common file types (PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, JPG).
To get the best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background.
Our team reviews every design before printing to ensure it meets our quality standards — so you can print with confidence.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimums — ever.
At Affordable DTF, you can order a single transfer or place a bulk order for hundreds of pieces.

6. How durable are your DTF prints?
Our DTF transfers are made to last.
They’re wash-safe, flexible, and fade-resistant, maintaining their color and detail even after dozens of washes.
As long as they’re heat-pressed correctly (using the recommended temperature, pressure, and time), you’ll enjoy long-lasting, professional-quality prints that don’t crack or peel.
7. Do you offer help with artwork or design setup?
Yes! We provide basic design assistance for every customer.
If you need help removing a background, resizing your artwork, or arranging multiple designs on a gang sheet, just email us your file.
We’ll make sure it’s optimized for perfect print quality before production.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
All transactions are securely processed to protect your information. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email for your order.
9. Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Since DTF transfers are custom-made, we only offer refunds or replacements if there’s a printing error, damage during shipping, or product defect.
If you receive an item that isn’t right, contact us immediately at affordabledtf@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll investigate and either reprint or refund your order promptly.
