Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our DTF transfers and products are custom-made to your design, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly due to our error.

  • You contact us within 30 days of your order date to report the issue.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original order number.

If your order qualifies, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the details.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process, email us at affordabledtf@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and problem area

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


3. Refund Process

If your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our end.

Refunds apply to the cost of the returned item(s) only — any taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges are not refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different design or size:

  • Contact us first at affordabledtf@gmail.com to confirm eligibility.

  • Exchanges are processed only for products that qualify for return.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us immediately.
We may ask for photos of the defect or shipping damage to help us verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Gift cards

All sales of custom items are final unless defective or printed incorrectly.


7. Shipping Returns

We’ll provide you with the correct return address once your return request has been approved.
Please do not ship any items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, email us at affordabledtf@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.
