Orders placed before 10 AM CST typically ship the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there’s ever a delay due to high order volume or product availability, we’ll notify you right away by email.

All orders include tracking information, which is emailed to you once your order ships.

4. Tracking Your Order

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
5. Shipping Locations
Currently, Affordable DTF ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Shipping Address Policy
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Affordable DTF is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after ordering, email us immediately at affordabledtf@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

8. Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages

In cases where the error is on our end, we’ll reship or refund your order promptly.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us within one hour of purchase.
After production or shipping begins, changes may no longer be possible.
